We inform you that today, December 29, 2023, the merger by absorption of the companies operating in Greece under the brand name GLOBALSAT and TELEUNICOM was completed and we point out the following:
Following the completion of the merger and in particular from January 1, 2024, GLOBALSAT S.A. (the “absorbing or GLOBALSAT“) has entered automatically and without any other wording in accordance with the law in all the rights, obligations and legal relationships of TELEUNICOM S.A. (the “absorbed or TELEUNICOM“), which was dissolved without liquidation and ceased to exist as a legal entity.
From January 1, 2024 onwards, please ensure that all legal tax actions are carried out in the name and details of GLOBALSAT S.A., i.e. the company with the name “GLOBALSAT SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” and the distinctive title “GLOBALSAT“, which is located in Pallini, Attica (21 Ploutarchou str.), with Tax Identification Number: 997471472 of Τax Authority: F.A.E. of Athens, as the tax registration number of TELEUNICOM S.A., upon completion of the merger, ceased to exist in the register of the tax authorities.

The merge aims to further strengthen the two business structures both in financial and human resources terms. The merge of Globalsat with Teleunicom will result in simplification of the corporate structure, better organization, optimization of efficiency and further strengthening of the competitiveness of the two companies, which operate in related fields, in the technology sector.
