New partnership for Globalsat with Vodafone Romania related to taking over the management, development and distribution of the product categories Technology Accessories & Gadgets in its 450 stores throughout the country.
Following a carefully designed selection process, Globalsat, currently one of the fastest growing Group of companies in Greece and a market leader in the distribution and commercial management of electronic and technological products and services, is currently a key partner of Vodafone Romania.
More specifically, Globalsat is taking over, as an outsourcing partner of Vodafone Romania, the development and management of the supply chain processes for the product categories of technology Accessories & Gadgets, covering the needs of more than 450 Vodafone stores throughout the country, as well as for the Vodafone e-shop and the company’s corporate clients.
Globalsat’s partnership with Vodafone Romania is based on the Outsourced Category Management Solutions service that Globalsat has been implementing with great success in Vodafone Greece for 8 years now. Globalsat’s experienced team is taking over the operation of the commercial processes, the complete management of the supply chain, the optimization of the costs, the promotion of the products within the stores, the merchandising as well as the implementation of the strategic plan for further development of the product categories in Romania. Through this partnership, Vodafone Romania seeks to improve the position of its stores in the Accessories & Gadgets market, ensuring product availability and competitive offers, with the ultimate goal of making Vodafone stores the destination of consumers’ choice for these specific categories.
